P6 Extreme – 50/100 Capsules
Testosterone Boosting – Hypertrophic Agent
Quick Facts:
Increasing testosterone is the most critical factor in building muscle. P6 Extreme is the most androgenic and anabolic testosterone booster ever created. The superior formula uses a rare and potent blend of testosterone enhancing compounds that have been shown to rapidly increase free testosterone levels.
P6 Extreme was designed to block estrogen, generating even higher levels of free testosterone while also reducing the likelihood of hair loss, acne, and gynecomastia. The end result is a substantial increase in strength, power and lean muscle mass.
P6 Extreme is frequently used by elite athletes as a safe and legal alternative to steroids or as a post cycle therapy product for body builders.

What is P6 Extreme?
P6 Extreme was designed to enhance natural testosterone production
via multiple biological pathways. It harnesses biological processes through orthologous
hormones, provides plant-
Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (hCG)
has been used clinically as a pharmaceutical agent in the treatment of hypogonadism
as well as to increase fertility. hCG works by activating the Luteinizing Hormone/Choriogonadotropin
(LHCG) receptors of the pituitary gland. The activation of these receptors causes
the body to release a large surge of luteinizing hormone (LH) from the pituitary
gland, similar to the onset of puberty. It then sends a chemical signal to the testes
to increase steroidogenesis (production of androgen hormones) and sperm production
in males.
The primary active component of P6 Extreme is Equine Chorionic Gonadotropin (eCG),
found in high concentrations in Ovine Placenta Powder. eCG acts as an orthologous
hormone to hCG and causes the same LH surge and increase in both testosterone and
fertility.
The active components of Tribulus terrestris and Eurycoma longifolia are
Protodioscin and Eurypeptides, respectively. These components have been shown to
increase the levels of dehydroepiandrosterone (DHEA), dihydrotestosterone (DHT),
and testosterone while also increasing body weight and sexual function. The research
to determine the exact mechanism of Eurypeptides action is ongoing.
The T. terrestris
compound, Protodioscin, has a structure that is similar to androgen hormones and
has been theorized to undergo biotransformation into DHEA, subsequently increasing
both testosterone and DHT levels.
The active components of both T. terrestris and
E. longifolia show definite anabolic effects on muscle growth by either supplying
precursors or increasing precursor availability and abundance.
P6 Extreme influences the conversion of cholesterol into other steroid hormones, including testosterone, by altering the functions of genes related to cholesterol metabolism. Steroidogenic acute regulatory protein (StAR) is the transport protein that shuttles cholesterol into the mitochondria of the cell for conversion into steroid hormones, a process known as steroidogenesis. Cyclic adenosine monophosphate (cAMP) is a key signaling molecule in this process and its cellular concentration is enhanced by Sclareolide.
The sudden increase in cAMP levels increases the production of StAR by binding to
its promoter region. This event causes the rate at which cholesterol is converted
to testosterone to increase dramatically. This occurrence is another aspect by which
P6 Extreme enhances the amount of testosterone naturally synthesized in the body.
Other factors can be rate limiting in testosterone production: the presence of sex-

The CYP450 3A enzymes are responsible for the recognition and breakdown of
overly abundant chemicals (in many cases, foreign drugs) in the body. The inhibition
of these enzymes is carried out by the Triterpene Glycosides found in Cimicifuga
racemosa, an integral component of P6 Extreme. These compounds undergo structural
transformations that mimic the structures of hormone molecules and act as competitive
inhibitors of the CYP450 3A enzymes.
Many different enzymes and regulatory proteins
can limit the ability of testosterone to undergo metabolism in the body. The aromatase
enzyme is responsible for the conversion of androgen hormones, like testosterone,
into estrogenic hormones.
Certain compounds can act as competitive enzyme inhibitors that allow higher levels
of free testosterone to circulate in the body. Some compounds can act as mechanism-
P6 Extreme contains Agaricus bisporus extract (which contains significant concentrations
of mutagenic inhibitors) to inhibit aromatase. Another enzyme known as 5-
